Bentley Board Approves Spin-off of Drug Delivery Business (Business Wire via Yahoo! Finance)

EXETER, N.H.----The board of directors of Bentley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today approved the spin-off of its drug delivery business into a new publicly traded company to be called CPEX Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
