Orix to Form a Business Alliance With 13 Banks, Nikkei Says (Bloomberg.com)

Aug. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Orix Corp. plans to form a partnership with 13 regional banks, including Hokkaido Bank, to help small and midsize firms expand business overseas, the Nihon Keizai newspaper reported.
