Ladenburg to buy Georgia broker-dealer (Miami Herald)

Miami investment bank Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services announced Thursday it had reached an agreement to buy Triad Advisors, a national broker-dealer headquartered in Georgia, in a transaction that could be worth up to $42 million.
